Bro are you using this forum on the clearnet without a vpn? That's already a stupid idea, it would be stupid also using a vpn in my opinion, if you're are asking how to enter the deepweb i don't think you know how to pay anonimously a vpn in monero

Just download tor, deseable java and try to be safe, here on the forum ther easy a large section about internet technologies, data encryption and cryptocurrencies. Do yourself a favor and start reading something about it before try to enter the deepweb. When on the deepweb star reading the various post int the opsec section of dread forum.

I am sure that u mean darkweb Brother. First get any knowlegde about diferences in both. The best way is to read some resources and just trying, checking, whatever u need. U got all here on the forum. For me personally the best way (if u running android) is using orbot.

Just be cautious on the sites you go to as well. There are a ton of scam sites that are trying to steal your money
