So it seems NEP is rated highly, and still legal. What are some of the best, or just outright best cathinones to sort of replace cocaine? Like I know it won't feel the same, but I figured having something equally or more euphoric would be a good metric, and also being more dopaminergic. We all know mephedrone is good, but I'm looking more like nep

That's why I'm thinking 3mmc might be the best in the US market currently. Has serotonin, is kinda sorta legal (not explicitly illegal, thought the feds have said they consider it illegal under the analogue act, I'm not really aware of any cases pursued under this act relating to 3mmc) and is apparently good, though not as much as 4mmc

Not a lawyer, but iirc the cases which prosecutors have used the analogue act are pretty low.

Imo, you are safe as one can be in this line of hobby, if ordering personal amounts, large scale they can and will use this.
