You can get the press easily of ebay. The stamps/dies are the only one which are hard to get.

If you cant afford to get custom dies and a proper pill press there's always the option of using resin casted/printed stamps with a simple tablet press, along with some heavy duty rachet clamps you can get decent results for a fraction of the cost, though it will require more effort to output good quantities so keep that in mind, i'd also recommend using weighted mixes per tablet if you go with that method.

obviously you'll get less compression than with an actual standard press but, results are still presentable based on my tests with that method.
