DCM and adiffication in water with hcl

If he used acidification with water and DCM, then he separated water layer with 4-MMC*HCl and then washed this layer with DCM multiple times. After that you can leave it in container for crystallization. Just my thoughts. Can be different from his method.
I think this is pretty good. This way is mostly used in MDMA synthesis, but can be used with mephedrone.

did you apply heat? And if yes, time of applied heat after addition of methylamine?
