i see.without purification no one can convince L-Pac was produced by fermentation. Color can be different by other by-product. and distillation will be more ambiguous because of by-product..
so how can you convince that L-PAC was produced ? do you have any analyzer?
there are many by-product during fermentation.. like benzyl alcohol,benzoic acid, ethanol,acetic acid,acetophenone,benzaldebyde(unreacted)
so,, to purify L-PAC from solvent , more complicated procedure needed
and some articles recommend anaerobic condition for more yield
