What can i do about the unreacted potassium carbonate(5cl)?

I finished synth of 5 cl and for the first time i find this at crystalization in ice water(in a preety big amouth)

Any advice?

It finnaly precipitated in the deserved oil after a while.The proportion were bigger than before so i susspect that my be the reason
