Does a bootable usb with another operating system leaves any traces on the computer? in case are there any methods to delete them?

It should not, best way to avoid this is to not have any other storage unit on that computer, meaning no hdd, no ssd, no remavable storage. Again on the computer yyou have some rom memory which is writeable but usually only with dedicated utilities and it stands for some good reason there ( e.g firmware a.k.a bios or uefi ) and ram memory which is cleared everytime power goes down.

But basically you are good to go if you don't use other storage units, if you spoof your MAC address and of course use a vpn.
