Our Refund Policy
What do I do if my shipment does not arrive?
-If nothing has arrived after 2-7 working days, don't worry! Items can still arrive weeks later.
According to Post's general terms and conditions, a consignment is only considered lost after more than 20 days.

Do we refund lost shipments?
-We are not liable for errors made by Post/DHL. Should the error occur on our part, we will refund orders with proof of shipment.

Refund and Reship

100% Reship:
If the shipment is not delivered due to our fault.

25% Reship:
If the item is not delivered due to postal fault.

0% Reship:
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the buyer's debt.

Unlocked by the reship

Orders to branches (post warehouse).
Shipments to packing stations.
When the consignment status is set to “Delivered”.
Drop letterbox (dead, empty buildings etc.)

If your shipment has external damage or the weight is incorrect, it can only be reshipped if a video is made of the parcel/letter being opened.
