Question Renting Commercial Property?

I'm wondering how might one rent commercially zoned property in order to order things or whatever is needed.

This is US centric. I assume one would need a business license, etc. Would really like advice on how to get all of the associated supplies and papers needed as anonymously as possible.

Is short term possible? Like renting it out for a few months of six months?

I dont know exactly how to go about getting one. But I wonder if you could get a building from a rancher outside town and pay cash
