I have a question that was inspired through admiration of those who run the show.

How do you keep such a tight ship, while being at the core of the industry?

I have huge admiration for the special people who keep themselves together in this industry.
this takes a special individual.

I see so many people crumbling who get into this industry but every now and again someone pops up who seems to be 100% in control.

Whats your secret?

I just want to know where to start.
I'm a passionate person and love chemistry(even though I'm relatively noob) and I desperately want to grow as a person and as a chemist

Cleaning glassware immaculately
Going to bed on time.
Having a spiritual connection.
Making your bed as soon as you wake up.
Eating healthy.
Loving your neighbor
Loving your clients
Loving yourself.

What else....?

Maybe its a genetic related thing?

Why do I have to try so hard and others make it look so effortlessly?

Will party from Friday to Sunday morning and still be in time for church and they look like they have never touched drugs in their life.

I'm not sober 98% of the time, I clean my glassware fast and efficient and a dirty spot isn't a problem unless it must be fully clean. Working for 2-3 days no sleep, sometimes up to 7-8 days until hallucinations begin. Spiritual connection yes its your sanity. Snort some speed to wake up without being drowsy. Eating healthy and a lot of snickers idk why I crave it, ramadan as well haha. Don't like neighbour, love my clients and they love me. Love yourself is hard.

I do work really hard sometimes ending up with bronchitis and solvent poisoning, nitropropanes, benzaldehydes, nitroethane on your hand spill growing crystals (burns as *****). This is mainly because I rent a room and in my bedroom I have a lab, barely making rent rn haha

Brilliant, glad im not the only one poisoning himself now and again.

If y'all get a really bad cough from solvent inhalation, I suggest the best option is to get out of exposure and eat codeine, if codeine doesn't help it go with morphine (oral of course) until you feel its ok. I personally spent 3 weeks on morphine from this shit
