But you want to buy A-PVP/PHP for 1500 euros per kg.
The question is, what is the point for a chemist to do the same work, but three times cheaper?

No one, of course but they will buy it at €5/g. He's somehow confused about wholesale / retail. To make a kg, what do you think? €300? Counting everything that is consumable.
